Automatic counting machine operates entirely through interface control, with high-speed PLC controlling the actuators to complete counting, bottling, and monitoring. It is also equipped with a photoelectric detection system.
The important stations of the counting machine can be disassembled without the need for tools, allowing easy removal of related parts, making it easy to clean and maintain. If it is necessary to change the height of the bottles, simply press the lift button on the interface to automatically raise or lower the worktable, ensuring convenient operation without delaying production.
